Welcome Susan, I understand your dread of cooking until I got a slow cooker. Put in all of your ingredients, set the timer, and come back later to eat. You may have to put a salad together or a dessert but the slow cooker is awesome.

I have been cooking since I was 4, and I love it, but I'm also kind of lazy, so if you ever have questions about how to make some cooking chore easier or faster, I'd be happy to give you tips! :-)

Hello All, My name is Susan and I tend to view cooking as a dreaded chore. Hope to change that and learn to enjoy the process through this challenge (although my biggest challenge is going to be actually sticking with the challenge...)
Best wishes to all as we strive to reach our goals here through SparkPeople!
