I always say find the foods you love and watch the portions, you are more likely to stick with it than eating things just because there good for you

some times I have a egg white sandwich sandwich, fry one egg white in butter pam (17) two slices 35 cal bread (70) One slice ff kraft cheese (25) Total (112 ) good snack, sticks with you longer than a 100 cal snack pack...Not to bad for a sandwich ?

all sounds good, especially the slaw....
I made a big batch of steel cut oats and then freeze in 1/2 cup servings....before bed I take one out of the freezer add my frozen blueberries and in the morning nuke them for about 1.5 minuts I then add my greek yogurt and flaxseed.....always a favorite of mine...

You are so encouraging, I am motivated by you--just look at you ! Do you have fav recipes ? I have one for you but its not hungry girl --I got it off the internet and its so good.... Just look for fish sticks--the kind with 6 sticks for 220 cals ( I got van de kamps) crunchy fish sticks..To make them really crunchy, you need a piece of foil and spay it then rub about a 1/3 teaspoon peanut oil on the foil and place fish sticks on w/o touching each other..bake according to package but don't turmn the sticks until they are very brown and crisp and then turn and cook on other side til very crisp... Then Sweet cole slaw--cut up a cup cabbage (shred ) then shed a whole carrot and add celery seed, salt and sweetner and 1 tablespoon of lite miracle whip.. and stir.. cornbread--just from a kit ( betty crocker or martha white , I like martha white ( not the sweet one ) and 1/5 of the kit is a serving...I just use water with it but you can make it how you like it..I don't like any sweet bread except the king my daughter makes at Easter..It makes a very good meal and you will have it again and again...I can't eat all the slaw so next time I will cut ingredients in that....I hope its okay if I post this here,let me know...

yes I love the noodle....I must say they stink, have a real funny odor, so wash them good, and pat dry....I eat them with soup or days when I am so hungry I can eat bark off trees. they are filling and very low calorie....
I eat egg white for my early morning snack....I get up at 4am to exercise so I need something to keep me going all day

Do you only have it for breakfast or snacks ? I will try that for breakfast , she has a whole bunch of egg mug recipes. They sound so good , and she has all those noodle recipes..Have you tried any of the noodle recipes ?

one of my favorite tip she gives is making the egg white's in a cup in the microwave...it take about 45 seconds, then I add veggies and low fat cheese it is so yummy , easy and very calorie friendly....and egg whites are great for protein

I like recipes that are fast , I don't like to spend so much time in the kitchen everyday...I find myself reaching for anything if I don't have something prepared..But I have cleaned up a bit and there is not as many things left to reach for now...

I already eat fairly healthy. I just eat too much. My challenge is finding recipes that appeal to my entire family. I have a husband who wants meat, a vegetarian, a vegan & a child to feed So finding recipes that are tasty and meet all these requirements is trying.
