That's exactly how I started back in February......small changes which lead to bigger changes and education is a huge role, as well......feed your brain and not your stomach, make educated choices as to what you out in your body.......commit to the lifestyle change and you will succeed with your goals.
I have committed and have lost 45 pounds, so far (started tracking a few weeks late)
There have been some ups and downs along the path.....I was in a plateau for over a month......but I've busted through it and have had a steady loss now......accountability is key!
