Starting my first challenge and probably the most difficult for me! With 2 young kids (2 and 4 months) I find myself grabbing for the processed cr*p that takes 0 effort rather than taking the time to put together a healthy nutritious meal. I used to be really good at getting meal plans together and taking the time to make good meals but then when I got pregnant with my second and had a particularly rough pregnancy I really let it slip. So I'm picking it back up! I'll be menu planning and grocery shopping today as it's Sunday and if I let it wait I'll have to take both kids which makes it so I pick up things we don't need! Good luck to everyone else in the challenge! Who knows, maybe this will help me with my weight loss aswell!
