Hi! My name is Sharon. I joined SparkPeople in the hopes of finding the motivation to create healthy eating habits for my husband and myself. This challenge seems just right for that. Cooking is not one of my favorite things to do but I do like trying new recipes to add more variety. Using the Nutrition tracker has been really helpful. I'm finding I want to make better choices in what I eat so I'm not entering junk food into the tracker. Sounds silly I know, but if it keeps me on track I'm happy.
