I would be like you and have a hard time not eating all of the bread I baked and work from home so I would have to run it over to the neighbors to be on the safe side. there is nothing like homemade bread.
Even in the heat I love my oven. And bread dough rises so fast in this weather - I can make bread start to finish is about three hours instead of the winter 4 to 4.5! I have to be careful, though, 'cause I am always tempted to just eat everything I bake. (I live alone) Lots of times I'll bake and take the great majority of the food with me to work the next day. ANYTHING left in the teacher's lounge will get eaten!

I too love to bake, find it hard to find the time and in the summer the motivation when it is so hot outside. It is blueberry season so I am hoping to get out and pick some fresh blueberries and stock up the freezer. I am in the Chicago area and we too are having extreme heat and humidity.
