My worst "snacky" time is in the afternoon. Yes, I'm retired and truly am home pretty much 24/7! Busy doing chores in the morning, my afternoons become discretionary... and that's when my mind turns to eating. Done with chores, too early to start dinner... and I want some chips and dip. I've noticed the trend and fought the tendency this week. So, next marketing day, I'm going to buy more fresh fruit and use that in the afternoon. Haven't been much of a fruit eater in the past, so this will be a big change for me.

It can be very difficult but just keeping an apple or orange can tide you over for a snack. If you have one day during the week, use that day to make several meals cor the week. Good luck and you can do it!

Good morning!
My name is Stephanie Allgood. I am new to eating healthier...consciously that is. Fast food is so much easier, especially with being both a full time student, working full time. But With help, I know I can do it :)
