Hi Alisha. Welcome to this team. I just welcomed you on another team. Healthy cooking is a challenge for me. I live alone and I find it very difficult to cook for one. I don't like leftovers. I am learning how to freeze food. I will make something, freeze it and eat it again in 2 or 3 weeks. That is helping some.

Like I mentioned on the other team, I like your positive attitude. emoticon You will achieve your goals with that attitude.

I am 29 years old, and I have been overweight most of my life. I am looking for a support group to help me reach my weight-loss goal of 100 pounds. I also want to be able to encourage and support others to reach their goals. I know that I can do this, and I SHALL do this!
