I'm hoping to cook more, but if I end up making frozen dinners I will be okay with that since it will mean that I'm not eating takeout!

Hi Amber. I am finding it to be a very difficult challenge. I hate to cook. I don't eat out, but I do use frozen dinners. People tell me it is more expensive, but I find it to be much cheaper. You don't have to buy a toaster over, crock pot or heat up your kitchen.

Hi! My name is Amber and I'm 23 and I joined this challenge to have some accountability in regards to what I eat. I look forward to eating less and less fast food and cooking at home more and more. This should be a hard and rewarding challenge, and I look forward to meeting new people.
