Look at the salt content of frozen entrées and you'll like them less! I do eat one once in a while because it's convenient but they can contain up to 43% of your sodium intake for the day

There are recipes out there for one or two people that I wouldn't think would leave tons of left overs. But yes, I do love left overs, but with a house of three people, they don't last long! Okay, my gallon pot of chili does, but now I freeze 1 cup servings in ziploc bags. All you do is microwave long enough to get it out of the bag, then heat. Delicious.

2/7/15 Hearts & Soles 5K, San Jose 34:50 (Recovering from a cold and wet day.)

I divide the recipe into serving size portions and freeze them. Before long you have a nice assortment of frozen dinners. emoticon

Hi I have been on spark for almost 6 months. I hate to cook. I thought joining this challenge would help me to get in the habit of cooking. I usually eat Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, Weight Watchers, and Healthy Choice Dinners. I did buy the SP cookbook thinking that would help me cook and it did for about 3 recipes.

I live alone and just find it stupid to cook for one person. Then you are eating left overs for the next week yuck.
