I don't know what I'll need from the store yet, but this is what I'll be eating next week:
Stewed Chicken, couscous, frozen vegetables (lunch)
minestrone or fish soup + smoothie (dinner)
pineapple cake (sweet treat)
For breakfast I eat hot or cold cereal or a bagel or English muffin or eggs with milk coffee.
I round out my nutritional needs with fruit at one or more meals.
I usually eat the same thing over the course of the week. I break up the monotony by eating out once or twice during the week or making a tuna or cheese sandwich for a lunch or dinner.
I'm new to cooking and since no one depends on it but me, this works.
I buy only for next week. In the future I might try cooking and freezing a month's worth of food, but I'm not there yet.
