Hi! My name is Jennifer. I am 27 and my 3rd child is 11months old. I was at my perfect weight of 135lbs (im 5'10") before I got pregnant. I gained 70lbs with him. I have always lost the weight before but am having a very hard time this round! My family supports me but I have unhealthy food around for them to eat and sometimes I indulge. I have to learn lots of healthy recipes so I don't get bored. Im starting to do a lot better. I can't wait to be skinny and healthy again!
Hi! My name is Kimmie and I am currently a college student. That being said, I live with roommates and I have a boyfriend who can eat the entire kitchen and lose weight. I have been letting these things get in the way of my health and since have gained 25 pounds! I am a naturally small person, sitting at a healthy 110 for most of my life. I am incredibly depressed by my current weight and I know that the way I eat is the biggest problem! I am notorious for just eating mindlessly, snacking on whatever is in sight! Well no more! I joined this challenge to push myself to eat healthier, regardless of what the other people in my life are doing!
I like the idea of a challenge because I know I will have people to support me! This will be crucial when I am trying to eat healthy while my roommates are chowing down on pizza and cheese sticks!
I look forward to meeting my goals and I am excited to meet all the new people working towards similar ones!
