Hey Amii, My son will be 3 in May and I too am having issues with the baby weight! I gained 85 lbs (I know OUTRAGOUS!! :( ) I have finally gotten back down to my prepregnancy weight but have found that I can no longer fit into those clothes the same way. I am 140 now but hoping to get down to 125ish. lol. Good luck on your journey and steph is right, everyone so far really has been so friendly and supportive!!

Hi I am Steph, this is my first time here... I am part of slim coach (which is where I track my food) but I find this VERY helpful as well. I love the articles, tips and advice, I especially like that people here seem VERY friendly and supportive. I hope to be able to show as much support as I have been shown :)

I am Amii and have been off and on Spark People for quite a few years. I am looking to stick to it this time as I had a baby 2 years ago and still have not gotten back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I also have a beach trip in May that I wouldn't mind fitting into a decent swimming suit for.
Anyway, I joined this challenge to make more permanent changes in our house!
