Hi, I started my journey in Jan also... my husband bought me a slim coach (at my request) and I have been looking for support, recipes, and in any ideas to help me on my journey...

I started this journey back in January and have really enjoyed spark people. I think it has taught me about nutrition and to look at labels. It has also helped me learn how to cook and try different recipes and make old recipes healthier.
