Fran533 you will definitely enjoy the chicken salad. I had it for lunch last week. Quick and easy to make. I slow simmered the chicken on the stove top with some onion and celery and then froze the liquid for use later as soup stock.

four favorites since i don't have the cook book my self and check it out the library and you can never renew it as the wait list is long. the sloppy Joes / a taco soup 3 cheese macaroni baked chicken are on top of my like list. the chicken salad is on the menu for this coming week welcome to the team since i am sorta new to the spark team i can use all the good ideas on cooking healthy. going into week two of this challenge tomorrow.
