I have two gorgeous babies, ok toddlers, who are 1 & 3 & an amazing hubby who loves me no matter what. Before I got pregnant with my son, my one year old, I had gotten down to 152 lbs. & planned on continuing on my journey of health and weight loss. I ran a 5k a few months pregnant & felt confident I would lose the baby weight once he was born. Well it's been almost a year & I've lost about 5lbs since losing the initial baby stuff (water weight, baby...) & I just ran a 1/2 marathon 2 weeks ago. I'm weighing about 177 and feeling very frustrated and helpless. I'm so glad I found this sight and feel encouraged again and eager to stick to my weightless goals and plan to get down to 135. It doesn't have to be overnight but I want to at least feel confident in shorts & dresses this Summer.
