Welcome. I just joined this challange also. For about the same reason. I need to make better choices and cook foods that is better for us. So this kind of forces me to look at the nutritional information and look up recipes for better options. Good luck!
Hi I'm Kim! I'm married and have two children (9 and 5). I am doing this challenge to help get our family into healthy habits and so I can prove to myself that cooking healthy isn't as scary as it seems. I'm terrified that I will make mistakes and end up gaining weight instead of losing. I have been working out 4-5 times a week with 90 minutes workouts either at home or at the gym. I make sure to log my food on Sparkpeople and now I just need to be sure of what I am putting in my mouth lol.
