Hi I am Diane. I found SP last year and have started and stoped a few times. This year I decided that I have to do this for myself. My 2012 goal is to get healthy and loose some weight. I am started doing ok with the excercise part, and some other things but I need motivation and help with the cooking area. I do cook most of our meals at home during the week and dinners on the weekends. Although my daughter and I do like to grab a quick fast food place at least once on the weekends.
I am intrested in how to change things in a menu, some new options that taste good and that I can make with what I already stock up on in my pantry. Plus do it on a small budget. Eating healthy is not cheep.
