I have not done very well with the diet and exercise the past 2 years, so I decided to try the Challenges. I just finished the 10 Minute Exercise Challenge and it did help me stay on track and I increased my workouts to 20 minutes last week. So here I am ready to be challenged by you guys to cook healthy meals.
I like diversity and spices in my meals. Texture and presentation are important to me. I cannot eat caffeine, yeast, or sugar (including fruit). I have tried all the books and diets, such as the Yeast Connection, over the years. The only thing that works is avoiding foods containing those substances.
From what I have read so far, this challenge will be very good for me. I especially want to learn how to store and reheat left over food. So often, I find myself cooking for one.
