I'm new to this challenge and new to sparkpeople. My long term goal is to become not only physically fit but financially fit as well. So far sparkpeople seems to be the place to combine both. :) My short term goal is to learn how to cook more healthy meals for myself. I've tried a couple of recipes on sparkrecipes and I really enjoyed them a lot. I even went out and bought the cookbook! I'm hoping that this challenge will put me in the right direction.
