Hi and congratulations on making up your mind to get serious. It sounds like you are doing well with exercise and the food. You already know consistency is key and that's what trips up a lot of people. Make a plan for those times you might get discouraged. Come and post here, call a friend, read a motivating article, respond to blogs or blog your own feelings. Try different things and see what helps.
It's not always easy but it can be done. Just keep moving through the tough times because it always gets better if you can wait it out :)
