Hi missy, do you have a copy of the SparkPeople Cookbook. It had some great recipes in it for the whole family. My family loves the spinach stuffed pork tenderloin and seasoned mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The book gives you all kinds of great meal ideas
Live life to the fullest because you never know when it will throw you a curve ball. “Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.” “Wisdom is knowing what to do next, skill is knowing how to do it, and virtue is doing it.” “You are successful the moment you start moving toward a worthwhile goal.”
I have always done same meal for all, at least at dinner. Breakfast and lunch is a bit more choose what you want, usually left overs, with some other regular choices.
