Thanks, tea is great when I am not stressed out :) I will try the seltzer water, that has bubbles!

If you're only drinking 2-3 beers a night can't you include that in your food plan? If you use light beer it shouldn't be trading your nutrition, could you try to substitute tea? Or another drink instead? Make friends on a chat site on your computer? I know where you're at, only I drank all day out of stress of my situation. Fortunately my situation changed but when I drank anyway I had to do something so I drank tea and water and seltzer. Good luck to you--- emoticon
