Hi Ashley! I am new too. I love to cook so I can help fine ways to cook that aren't a burden to you. If you like Mexican, you can put chicken breasts in the brock pot in a bit of water all day long. After they start to fall apart and look shreaded add a large can of enchilada sauce, make a salad for yourself and use the sauce and a lime for dressing add some corn chips for a crunch and you get your veggies and protien - don't forget to add black beans to yor salad to get more protien and fiber! Then the family can make THEIR OWN tacos! lol Try that and let me know if it was okay for you!
