Hi It's nice to meet you. Don't give up; try new exercises and even juggle your calories around. You can even have a high calorie day one time and still lose weight. As my daughter says it keeps your body guessing. Try the Biggest Loser videos they really make you work hard.
Keep at it you can do it.

My name is Laura and I live in Wisconsin. I am a Resolute Renegade. I am resolute about losing weight and keeping it off. I am resolute about exercising more. I am resolute about eating healthier. I am resolute about tracking calories and exercise.

Good luck to you - I have been a member since April and have lost 20 lbs. In the beginning I would get discouraged when the scale wasn't moving, but I kept moving forward. I started out walking on the treadmill, but started the Supreme 90 workout in June and that's when I really started loosing the inches and weight. I bought it at Bed Bath & Beyond, but have also seen it at the Dollar General - for $20.00 it is a great deal. You will need dumbbells, an exercise ball, and yoga mat; it's a hard workout but well worth it. I recommend it to everyone, my husband can not believe the results and is amazed. I love Sparkpeople - it's wonderful....that's how I found out about Supreme 90. I try not to think of how much weight I want to loose so it doesn't seem overwhelming....just focus on a few pounds at a time - that way it doesn't seem out of reach. God Bless & Good luck!!

Hello!!! My name is Theresa. I am 100 pounds overweight, I am beginning this journey once again with hopes that I have found the tools here to help me reach my goal. Frankly I have tried and failed but I am kind of getting sick of the yo yo. So with the following three motivational sayings I got off the motivational page I will conclude my introduction...1. " You are successful the moment you start moving toward a worthwhile goal."-Charles Carlson 2. " a commitment is a promise you stick to now matter what." and my favorite3. "DO OR DO NOT: THERE IS NO TRY" -JEDI MASTER YODA
