I was not a breakfast eater either when I started but it does help with weight loss.
I started out with small breakfasts at first and made easy things that I could grab in the morning without much fuss like boiled eggs, fruit with almond butter, Orowheat high fiber english muffins with cream cheese, sliced turkey with cheese, etc.
Nowadays I have a protein smoothie with fruit, almond milk and protein powder. Fage yogurt is also a great source of protein which I've started to put in my smoothies or in a bowl with chopped fruit and a little Kashi cereal for crunch.
