all of this is very good for all thanks for the info.
i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.
I was not a breakfast eater either when I started but it does help with weight loss.
I started out with small breakfasts at first and made easy things that I could grab in the morning without much fuss like boiled eggs, fruit with almond butter, Orowheat high fiber english muffins with cream cheese, sliced turkey with cheese, etc.
Nowadays I have a protein smoothie with fruit, almond milk and protein powder. Fage yogurt is also a great source of protein which I've started to put in my smoothies or in a bowl with chopped fruit and a little Kashi cereal for crunch.

Thanks for sharing the insight. I've read many books in the past where protein in the morning is highly recommended to pump you up and help your brain work better. I would definitely put these two insights in practice.

To boost metabolism: within thirty minutes of getting up drink 1 glass of ice water quickly.
Within 1 hr of getting up eat 25 grams of protein then metabolism will get the boost it needs to go on the the day adding 25 grams of protein 3 more times, plenty of fresh vegetables, and a couple of fruit servings, and remember the flax seed (ground) and omega 3, in whatever way you can get it in (fish)or supplement or other.

I'm just starting a diet which involves cutting back and eating healthier. I rarely eat breakfast and i'm trying to find different things that will boost my metabolism and help my loose weight. I would like to know of different exercises that i can do to help shrink my stomach and foods that are good for that as well. All help is greatly appreciated.
