Hiya team! I have recently gotten back on track with my eating, just this past Sunday actually. After months and months of being totally off the wagon and gaining most of my weight back.
Anyhoo... This time around I am taking baby steps and focusing on one area at a time. So for an entire month I will be focusing on my nutrition. Even though I am already a self proclaimed master of the kitchen ( ) I am always looking for new tips and tricks when it comes to cooking, recipes, and overall nutrition.
