You will find LOTS of great food that doesn't include those things!! Restrictive diets can be challenging, but I'm betting you have the creativity to make it work AND make it yummy!! As for me, I Love a dinner of whole grain angle hair pasta with zucchini, mushrooms and parmesean. A bit of olive oil (and a clove of garlic) in with the sauteing veggies helps give it a little moisture and some depth. Throw a few herbs in with the veggies, throw the pasta in with them, top with some parmesean, and your done! It is simple, yes, my tastes tend to run that way. I bet you can improve on it to suit your taste. Good luck to you both!!!
I want to learn some new ideas. My new husband has foods that he cannot eat, so I must change my old cooking ways. No tomatoes, pork, celery, and bell peppers. Try cooking without those items, it isn't easy. Any help will be appreciated. I need it for me also as I need to lose about 30 lbs.
