Hi and welcome. I am new to the SP as well. I had a total knee replacement last April and need to have a torn meniscus repaired on the other knee. I too want to lose weight first. Good luck!

tomorrow will be the first day to a healthy life style, I thought I would give it a chance, since knee replacement is my only other option. so here I am I could use all the encouragement I can get please.
