Just a suggestion but setting small, achievable goals helped me. 10 minutes a day of exercise to start with then whatever other goals you want to work on like getting your water in daily, fruits and veggies, etc. It takes time to develop healthy habits but if you start small and do the best you can on a daily basis you'll get there.

Your awareness at 25 is half the battle. You have time on your side. I work at a computer also. I wear a pedometer and have a goal of 10000 steps a day, and so walk around every excuse I get. I often walk to a co-worker for a face to face conversation instead of e-mail or phone. I walk in the elevator when I'm alone in there. I pace at home when on the phone. I go up and down steps at home just to put away one thing because it accumulates more steps. I park a mile or so away from my work, so if I don't feel like exercising, at least I'm getting in some walking on work days. Each time I sit back down at the computer, I try to remember posture. Maybe some of these strategies will work for you. Good luck.

Hi, I aspire to be fit and healthy and that does not seem to be getting fulfilled owing to the sedantry lifestyle I have. More than half of the day I am in front of the PC and I dread having a bent spiral bone. My other set of fears have actually become real. I had this terrible fear of having a small flab and I have it now :( ....I want to change my routine completely, stay fit and extremely happy! Need a deadly combination of time, will and total relaxation to drive it. I know I have a responsibility towards myself. I am 25 and want to look younger!
