Hello I am new member here but before I was a member here I done my 4 months daily exercises. I used to be jogged every morning, but not I stop jogging, and I practice my taekwando kicks I learned from school, plus the video here are my additional to reach my 60 minutes.
If I am not in the mood if I have my PMS, I just did or do 35 minutes, and some times 45-50 minutes. I do not want to loose my tract, then I walked by afternoon to a kilometer.
After my daily exercises I worked physical worked for whole day in our construction. I help my husband and workers here. Its an exercises too.
