Their are 3 kinds of sea weeds, name guso, latto, and lukot. Guso is green color but if its cook its brown color. If latto its green color, and lukot green color too.
I do not know what kind of sea weeds are available in your country. But if its guso and raw, you boiled water in the pot, if the water is boiling poured the boil water to the guso in the basin. Guso Sea Weeds
Guso is the main source of gelatin, if you poured water in the guso it becomes slippery. That is why you have to wash the guso after you poured the boiling water until the guso are not sticky and slippery.
Cut red whole onions Vinegar just enough the over lap the guso Cut Tomatoes Ginger Salt I added magic sarap or ginisa into the guso salad
Mix together these spices with the guso or sea weeds in a bowl. Tasted it, don't put to much salt. Wait for half to one hour before you eat. Leave the guso deep in the vinegar and all the spices in it, before you eat. The vinegar it help the guso or sea weeds to absorb the flavor of those spices and the salt you added. After one hour you can eat. It depends what you want, if you really like to taste the real flavor of the guso you can eat after you mixed with the spices. Need to cook.
Latto Sea Weeds
If its latto or green little balls. Do not wash them if you are not going to eat right away. Because if you wash them, it will shrink. Wash them if all the food on the table are ready, then put in the bowl and separate the vinegar. Deep those latto or sea weeds into the vinegar and eat them right away. No need to cook.
Lukot Sea Weeds
If its lukott, you wash them. After you wash add spices into it, and vinegar. You can eat right away if you want. No need to cook.
If you don't know what kind of sea weeds I am talking about, just go to goggles. Type Filipino sea weeds salad. Only guso are available in the internet. The rest of the sea weeds are not in the net.

Tonight I cooked chicken curry with mushrooms, baguio bean, potato, cabbage, and eggplant. I don't like to eat chicken this type of cook but I eat vegetables.
I will buy sea weeds on Sunday for salad, its good for thyroid, and prostate problems for my husband. I used to eat sea weeds salad 3 to 4 times a week. Sea weeds are available in my country and very cheap plus very delicious and nutritious too.
Yesterday we cooked shells with morringa leaves, these are also nutritious and good for thyroid, and lots of calcium and many kinds of nutrients in the shells and morringga leaves plus very delicious. I remember when I was young eating shells, with morringga leaves, I am so happy I ate the way I used to be. I am not on my diet, I eat 3 times a day with always rice in all kinds of my food.
Alright, well I'm probably not much help with frozen meals, but I can give you a great Turkey Burger recipe that you can whip up and freeze for up to 4weeks. It may be able to freeze longer but I've never tried. It takes less then 20minutes to whip up a whole package, and I normally get between 6 and 8 burgers depending on the size of the Turkey package I get. All you need is: Good luck! Lean ground turkey Onion Werstershire (probably spelt wrong) Salt and pepper
Now I actually have one of those Starfrit burger makers, so it easier to shape and store the bugers, but you can totally do it without. I weight out 3oz of ground turkey, and mash in 3/4 of a tablespoon of chopped onion, 1/8 tsp of werstershire sauce, and a quick dash of salt and pepper. This alone makes a 1/3 lbd burger! Means that hubby, who's not on a diet, actually eats them too and doesn't feel starving. I tend to eat them on half a Weight Watchers 100% whole wheat bagle, with some tomato and mayo, but you can certainly eat them any way you like! We don't have kids, but my 3 year old neice and nephew eat them all the time without much fuss. They can also be cut/crumbled back up after cooking to top a salad. I'll for sure let you know if I can thing of any other recipes we use!

I am Filipino, and I only know to cook Filipino food ways. Most of our food are good food and very nutritious. One of my favorite salads are fish and sea weeds. My mother she had thyroid problems before, but now its gone completely because she keep eating shells and sea weeds.
Hope your thyroid problem is fine.

Hi there, This is my first challenge ever. I used Spark people in the past and lost over 30 lbs. Now with a child,a thyroid issue and 5 years later, I find myself back here!!! I want to get my old self back, I have planned 4 days a week to go to the gym. I will need much support when it comes to meal planning as this is where I fall short. I am interested in precooking and freezing meals for 1-2 weeks as I am extremely busy with 2 children (1 special needs) and working outside of my home for 12 - 14 hours a day. My husband, although I love him dearly, is not much of a help. He is a easy to please man, and will eat whatever you put in front of him. I love the recipekey.com website someone posted on another thread and I plan to use this to empty the "stuff" out of my pantry as I make space for the new healthy "stuff". Please feel free to contact me via PM at any time.
