I eat fast food from time to time like Chowking once in the blue moon only. If I am out I eat in the real Filipino restaurant and I order vegetables and rice most of the time. I cook real food at home all the time.
Good for you, you change your mind. Eating real nutritious food are good to our healthy life style. You can do it. Keep up you goal.

I love to cook at home! My husband raves about my cooking and that is what helps me continue. Besides the fact that we can't afford to eat out all the time! There is also a book called "Skinny Bitch" It will make you not want to eat meat or anything processed. It scared the bejesus out of me! It is a good read though!

It can be done with patience and persistence. I never used to cook but now have learned to make some of my favorite foods from restaurants and fast food places at home. I feel so much better for it and so does my wallet

Hi, I joined the challenge to eat healthy. I've been in a fast food rut and feel sluggish and tired all the time. I hope to loose weight, have more energy and be in the habit of eating healthier food by the end of this challenge.
