Good luck! I would think in China you would have access to many vegetables that you could start incorporating into your menus?

I imagine it is a challenge learning about foods in a new country. However most fruits and vegetables are healthy so if you can find those it should help.

Hiya, I've recently moved to China with my husband and my dog, Gytha. I tend to put on weight, and that puts a lot of strain on my back. I used to think weight problems were genetic because all my family is overweight, but I'm determined to stop this once and for all.
Not that easy, though! Isolation in China doesn't help, and it doesn't help either that all the food in China has hidden calories that I don't know of.
I hope I can get some help here :)
