You are right...taking it one day at a time will help. It can be overwhelming with so much information but try to find what is most important for you to succeed.
For me, if I'm limited on time, I at least track my food and exercise daily but also try to respond on at least a couple of threads or blogs. Giving and getting support it so important especially if you don't have that support at home.

Yeah to you. Don't think of it as "having to loose 90 pounds", but rather "today I am going to make choices that promote health." I love Spark People and everything it has to offer for FREE. The motivational articles are great. Tracking your food will really allow you to see how the food you eat impacts your daily caloric intake.
Hello, i have been a member with Spark People for some time now, but it has lain dormant in my computer and I have not made any progress with my weight loss, and my BS numbers are still not under control, so I thought it would be a great time to open things up and try again. I have no support on the home front - can't find the words to explain, so I won't say anything. But i am looking to Spark People pages for the support to keep moving forward and get ahead on my journey!! These pages are great and beautiful, but so very overwhelming!! Just going to take it one day at a time. I need to lose a total of 90 pounds and looking for help and support. Thanks for listening
