Hi thank-you :) u have been a great help :) I have just wrote a 5 day food plan down with two sack each day one morning and one afternoon consisting of either fruit or veg or salad ! Then for breakfast I've done muesli. And then for lunch and teas ive done either jacket pots with Bacon mushrooms and cream cheese salad sandwich or sausages pots and veg or crackers and salads so ill trail that and see how I go and also making sure I drink water throughout the day so fingers crossed :)

sounds like you are off to a great start. i also cleaned out the kitchen and keep a big bowl of fruit on my coffee table in case i need a snack. i have been here about 2 months. it has worked wonders for me i love the food tracker and the fitness trackers. keep it in check for me. i am slowing getting there. which i slowly got here so i am good. if you have and ice chest or a thermos you could pack tuna salad i love it stuffed in a tomato or in a wrap with lettuce. chicken salad is also a good choice. i love cottage cheese and sliced tomato. cold cereal is also good all you need is milk and a bowl. now its time for me to have lunch i choose the cottage cheese.good luck and i hope i have helped. emoticon

Hi I have been shopping today and got lots of fruit veg and salad in and I cleaned out ny cupboard of all the rubbish so now I'm standing in a healthy kitchen ! :) Iwork with children and i no that I'm always hungry and nibble so im now stanfing preparing little healthy snack pots to take to work with me this week consisting of carrots cucumber salads and fruit etc and then I will have my main meals :) I have got muslei for breakfast im just trying to think what to have for lunch and tea as want to side away from bread a that's my down full and only want to have that for breakfast so i burn it off !! So how long u been here how are u doing ? X

have you tried the daily meal plan on your trackers? the recipes on the sparks site will also help. the gym is great keep it up.you have to eat to lose i found out the hard way your body will store all you eat as a fat storage if you do not eat. so check out your tracker and plan your meals either daily or weekly and have fun with it.

hi i have just joined this site
im am currenly going to the gym and really enjoying it but i am finding that i am in a losing battle with my weight still and my eating !!
i never no what to eat how much how often etc can anyone pass on any advice ! i dont really tend to eat that much now as i think if i dont eat it will help but i no it doesnt lol and then im so hungrey when i do eat that i eat the wrong things to fill me up !
so i need some guidance i think lol :)x

emoticon you can use this site to find healthy recipes or make them on your own using the food tracker. here on this team you can give and receive advise on many thing it is a great place to start. again welcom

I think this group is about both healthy meals AND your own meal plans, if that's what you mean. There are lots of great ideas for lightening them, varying them and mixing things up a little. I hope that helps. :)
