i hate diets so i just am focusing on healthy foods and my get off it and moving it.. you will do great

i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

I'm Jessi...this is one of two challenges I'm working on now and will be starting both today! The other one an exercise challenge and figure a cooking challenge will go hand in hand. I'm trying to lose the weight not with someone telling me what to eat in a diet book ( I just have never been able and end up not liking the food plans flavor wise), but think that this challenge will help me focus on what I'm eating more so that I move naturally to a proper diet rather then being on a diet.
