I'm Amy, I'm 18 and from the UK. I joined this challenge because I'm moving out in September to go to university and I want to take with me at least some basic cooking skills! I am also recovering from an eating disorder and learning about food and how to enjoy food is something I'm finding really helpful. I hope this challenge will teach me more about cooking healthy meals at home and I will be able to help my mum out by cooking dinner for the family.
