I'm back and forth to this site...yesterday I went to the Gym for a 40 minute cardio workout...the first in months. Looking for light recipes. Tonight I made fresh Chicken Breasts in the Slow Cooker with BBQ sauce, then shredded with a fork..very tender, so very easy...a healthier alternative to traditional beef Sloppy Joes. I skipped the bun and had mine with a salad. French Fries for the kids. Plans for the Gym again, tonight!
