Thanks for the warm welcome! I have been good about logging my food for a whole two weeks straight now! That's an achievment for me as I've been using SparkPeople now for several years but am only just now using all the tools and getting serious about wieght loss. I do love the food tracker and I really love the reports it generates!

Hi! and I think theres always something new to learn about everything so no worries! lol The BIGGEST thing that I have learned recently and have stuck to is counting my calories, especially thanks to this site. I never thought before how helpful it would be to see and know exactly what goes in my body!! lol If you need a friend on here I'd be more than happy to help you with what I know and vice versa!

I'm trying to reinforce my desire to eat and cook healthy. I've got decent habits already (drink lots of water and bring my lunch with me to work), but I'm sure there is LOTS I can still learn. I'm excited and anxious to get this challenge started!
