i use ground turkey instead of hambuger.

i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

I've never tried quorn. I tried quinoa and liked that but not in sheperds pie LOL.
I use lean hamburger, mashed potatoes and corn to make it. Hubby puts catsup on top.
Good luck with the quorn.

hi im new to all this but im in desperate need to become healthy. im going to make a sheperds pie and replace the minced beef for quorn. im hoping it tastes just as good.
