Welcome, Beach. SP is not a challenge. It is a lifestyle change to become healthier in every way possible. Many of us have trouble sleeping or take meds for illnesses that can be gotten rid of when we change. The important tools are to track your nutrition & fitness daily and drink more water and watch portion sizes. Try the SP recipes and read success stories for motivation. I am exactly the opposite, I just can't get the exercise in but tracking my food and trying the SP recipes has really helped me lose pounds. However, I think I have lost all the weight I am going to till I kick up the exercise. Check out the recipes and see what you think. The reason I like the recipes is because you don't have to buy special foods to prepare them. Good luck, let's do this together!!!
