I live a very busy life and eating healthy is a real challenge for me. I am on my feet all day at work so when I even think about exercise, I want to just pass out in the chair. I want to lose weight, lower my cholesterol, and gain more energy as well as finding time to enjoy my grandchildren. I work full time, am about to graduate in April with a Bachelors of Business Management degree, and I would like to run my own business in the next year or two. Between work and school I have had no fun time in my life and that needs to change. I look forward to being on Spark and getting some helpful ideas about how to change my life.
