I'm not vegan and don't know a lot about it..
but if it helps think of that junk food being made with animal products and it might help you stay away from them.

Don't think of it as LEFT OVERS but as PLANNED OVERS, you don't get that negative connontation.

I often make a dinner using 4 chicken breasts and can eat for 4 different meals. Easy like frozen dinners but I know what has gone into it so no worries.

I too am working on being vegan, I have found a fondness for unsweetened applesauce as a treat . I jus don't buy junk food so it isn't around

Hi, I am Tasha, I have been a vegetarian since the 6th grade. Now I am transitioning to a vegan diet. I hear a lot about the junk food vegan. Not eating anything with animal products but eating chips and cookies all the time. To avoid the unknown food of restaurants and save money being vegan I will cook 3 times a week eat leftovers.
