The most important habit to get into is tracking your nutrition & fitness daily faithfully. Drink more water. Read success stories for motivation. Do not focus on how much wgt you have to lose but set small weekly or monthly goals and you'll feel great when you meet or exceed them. Hi my name is Dar, am new at doing this. Trying to find my way around this site. Looks really interesting. Trying to lose 50 lbs and get back into exercising. Have already changed the way I eat and what I eat, so now have to get my body moving. Have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and having trouble staying motivated. Exercising takes longer now than before. Have to discover what I can do and not do. Will need a lot of motivation from my Spark Friends.
