I see you have joined a few team -- great. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Check in with your teams daily if you can, start making small changes and gradually build on them.
Start by tracking your food so you can see what your current nutrition is like now, then at the end of a week or two, run a report and you can see where you need to make some changes.
Exercise, look at how much you are doing now. Maybe start with 5 minutes if you can't do more. Then when you can do 5 without panting, increase it by another couple of minutes per day, and before you know it, you will be doing a full 30 minutes. Don't forget to log it because you will be amazed at how you progress.
Water -- if you don't already, start dring a glass (or 2 or 3) a day, then when you are used to that, add another glass a day until you get up to 8 glasses.
