Hi, I am into my second week, and enjoyed my first week very much, hope you do too. It was fun and very interesting when cleaning out cupboards all the things I found outdated lol guess I didn't need them after all. :)
I just joined this group. I printed out a bunch of menu plans and am going to plan this week out and go to the store. I'm excited about doing this; I'm trying to lower my blood pressure and I need to increase my potassium intake.
