Hi and welcome. Have you thought of going thru the SP recipes and picking out your favorites? I just started doing that this week-end and even have my own cookbook. On week-ends you can prepare meals and snacks for the week. This is a life change for me.
I was diagnoised with Hyperthyrodism in January of last year and have been in treatment since Sep of last year after my thyroid was destroyed. Due to the hyperthyroidism I lost a tremendous amount of weight and have been trying to keep lose another 20-30 pounds and keep it off. I have been placed on a low/no carb diet by my physician and it has worked for the most part. But I need help packing a nutritious and fullfilling lunch. I work 9 to 10 hours a day and making time to cook has fall short except on the weekends. I am giving this 110% because I am healthier now and would like to stay that way and get even healthier.
