Hi Brenda, My name is charlene. I just joined this challenge, and I am trying to make 2 new recipes a wk. So far I have made a new recipe called "The best (and easiest) salmon ever". It was excellent, if you like fish. my DH loved it, and so did I.
I hope this challenge helps to open up to new things on your journey to a healthier you!

I lost 64 pounds last year, I do eat much differently than I use to but I never go hungry and I find when I eat healthier I have little or no cravings.

I first joined in October and felt overwhelmed so did nothing except put on more holiday pounds. So I came back about a month ago and learned to track my nutrition & fitness daily. The system gives you a report that tells you how you did with your food intake. Join all the teams you can cause the daily messages are great, supportive, motivational, and make you aware that you are not alone in this battle of the bulge. You will find awesome new friends.
