Hi and welcome. You have been thru some hardships and life changes in the past couple of years. Have you gone thru any of the meals on SP recipes? I have even started my own cookbook. All easy to do. Have you joined the team cooking for 1 or 2. I am 67 and live alone so find it easier to eat out but not good for losing weight. So now I am going to fix tasty healthy meals for myself.

Hi wow it sounds like you have had a lot of changes in a short period of time. A new year and a new focus is always a good start. Finding like minded people can help you reach your goal. We all will have some challenging days and gain a few pounds here and there.. But we can always get back on track. I am on the track with you. Lets stay focused and forgiving or ourself's and keep moving. Be Well.
